August 2016 - Week1Healthy means something different to everyone and is often the topic of debate. We argue over what health should look like. We argue over what dress size is healthy and we often criticize people who do not fit into our definition of ‘being healthy’.
We can all agree as to what is unhealthy. We know that obesity is unhealthy. We can agree that eating junk food on a regular basis and not exercising for days on end isn’t healthy. We can even agree that living with high stress levels, and lack of sleep is unhealthy. It is easy to define what is not healthy, but what does it mean to be healthy?

Truthfully, being healthy does not have a single definition or a single set of rules. At Fat Loss Lab we believe that being healthy means to feel healthy, strong, confidant and happy. It is a mind set. If you want to do something, there is nothing stopping you from achieving that, apart from yourself. We believe it is important to put in the effort, day in and day out, by living a balanced lifestyle. But we encourage you to enjoy yourself in the process, Listen to your body and pay attention to how you feel!

Find the balance that works for you, remember to exercise regularly and eat a diet that is filled with natural wholesome and unprocessed foods. How we live not only affects our body but also our mind and spirit and at Fat Loss Lab we believe everyone deserves to feel confidant and happy.
